Meet Louisa Peng
Founder of LecSnow | 10+ Years in Beauty & Wellness Devices
I have worked in the beauty and wellness device industry for more than 10 years, with a long-term focus on international OEM and ODM projects.
Over the years, my work has gradually expanded from sales and customer communication into product evaluation, customization, development, production and quality management. This has given me the opportunity to look at a project from both the customer's requirements and the realities of product development and manufacturing.
Today, I remain directly involved in LecSnow's key projects, particularly in product selection, customization and new product development.
Start With What You Want to Achieve
Different customers come to us at very different stages. Some already have a detailed specification, while others may only have a target market, a reference product or an initial idea.
My first step is to understand what you are trying to achieve: the target market, product positioning, key functions, expected level of customization and commercial requirements.
From there, we can determine whether an existing platform already fits the project, whether it should be modified, or whether a new development route is more appropriate.

Develop Around the Target
For customized projects, the starting point should be the product the customer wants to create, not simply what is easiest for us to manufacture.
We look at the target market, product positioning and key requirements, then evaluate the most practical way to achieve the required functions, performance, structure, appearance and user experience. Sometimes an existing platform can be adapted; in other cases, more substantial development is needed.
If the original requirement cannot be achieved exactly as proposed, we explain the constraint and work on practical alternatives rather than simply saying it cannot be done.
Think Beyond the Sample
A prototype can prove that an idea works, but the project ultimately needs to work in production.
During development, we also consider what may affect mass production: component consistency, assembly, testing standards, appearance tolerances, quality control and potential after-sales risks.
Years of working with Japanese and German clients have made me particularly attentive to details that can easily be overlooked. Clear standards, consistent execution and proper follow-up when problems occur are just as important as getting the product itself right.

Focus. Authenticity. Execution.
That’s what I bring to every collaboration. Work and passion are not separate — they show up as clarity, structure, and execution. In every project, we focus on making the right decisions early, and delivering products that can be launched, sold, and scaled.

Beyond Work
Outside work, yoga has been part of my life for 10 years. I also enjoy traveling and experiencing different cultures, which gives me opportunities to observe how beauty, wellness and consumer habits vary across markets.
What keeps me interested in this industry is seeing how the right technology can become something genuinely useful, helping people take better care of their skin, improve their wellness routines, or simply make everyday care more effective.
Even after more than a decade in the industry, I still enjoy exploring new technologies and thinking about how they can be turned into better products.
